Oregon Wines. After many journeys to the far reaches of the Country and multiple trips over a six year period to his good friend in Bend, Doug decided to look up the best place on Earth in Webster's. Confirming his intuition, he read Bend, Oregon, and at the end of November, 2003, Doug was smiling again with the bottling of his first vintage, Legal Zin. With constant conversations with his Grandmother and Mother in heaven, he found his mark with a Zinfandel blend, that he likes to call smooth and packed with lots of fun. With that in mind, he adorned the bottle with his mother's beatnik art from 1959 and his own beatnik rendition of his beloved dog Cloé. Doug followed his zin with the release of his white wine, "Pinot Riche", and his desert wine, "Kool Kat Muscat." So with this introduction aside, drink a toast to something that really makes you happy - after all, it is a Legal Zin.
